We translate program standards, drawings, and photometric requirements into a specification that can be built repeatedly. That includes fixture schedule development and review, product matching against the line card, lighting layouts and photometric support through our manufacturers, substitution review for equal-or-better alternatives, energy code and life-safety considerations, and sample and mock-up coordination.

We price the specification line by line, to actual quantities, across every manufacturer on the schedule, and consolidate it into a single quote. Program pricing is established once and held across locations and phases. We confirm lead times, stock positions, and freight approach before an order is placed, and we identify sourcing paths for any item that falls outside the published line card.

Once a program is released, we coordinate submittals, order entry, releases by wave or region, ship schedules, and change orders with each manufacturer. Warranty claims, replacements, and close-out documentation run through the same channel, so the program has one point of contact from the first purchase order to the last location.
