A manufacturers’ representative structured for national accounts.
Coast to Coast, LLC is a lighting and controls manufacturers’ representative agency headquartered in Draper, Utah, serving national accounts across the United States and Canada. We represent a curated line card of interior, exterior, controls, fan, and decorative manufacturers and manage specification, quoting, and order flow for multi-site programs on their behalf.
Most agencies are organized by territory. National accounts are not.
The traditional representative model divides the map into territories, each with its own agency, pricing, and contacts. A national account with locations in forty states inherits forty versions of the same conversation. Coast to Coast is organized around the account instead of the map: one agency, one line card, one pricing basis, and one process, applied to every location a program touches.
How we operate
Representation
We are appointed by the manufacturers on our line card to represent their products to national accounts. Each line was selected for consistent product across production runs, program pricing that holds across locations, and the capacity to ship to hundreds of sites on schedule.
Compensation
We are compensated by the manufacturers we represent. There is no agency fee to the account, and pricing is quoted line-item to actual quantities.
Confidentiality
Program details, drawings, and location data are shared only with the manufacturers needed to quote and fulfill a given scope, and only to the extent required to do so.
Consistency
Specification, pricing, and process are held constant from the first location to the last, in the United States and Canada, for the life of the program.
Decades of channel relationships.
The published line card is the core of what we represent, not the limit of what we can source. Our relationships across the lighting and controls channel were built over decades, and when a program specifies a product outside the line card, we source it through that network and hold it to the same quoting and order process.
